Artist Statement
This painting represents the power of choice in change and the quiet strength that comes from being vulnerable. That there is some lines that have to be crossed and decisions that have to be made in order to see that it is green on the other side.The two sharks swimming in harmony with each other is indeed a nod to the concept of Yin and Yang. There is a mutual connection yet an independence of both sharks, representing that even the fiercest creatures are not immune to the need for support.
