Shipping policy

I package each work individually with repurposed cardboard boxes and other packaging materials that I have collected or purchased. Please consider reusing any packaging you may receive with your artwork. I aim to process orders within 5 days of purchase however this may vary. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. Orders are not shipped on weekends or specific dates if otherwise informed.

Please note, prints are made to order and may require a 2 - 4 week waiting period in addition to delivery.

If you have made a purchase through my website you will receive an email with the tracking number once it has been posted to you. If you have contacted me on Instagram you will receive the ‘track your parcel’ receipt via direct message. Once you have received the tracking number and your parcel has been dropped at the post office your parcel is no longer in my care or my responsibility (please refer to Damage/loss info below).

All online payments from checkout are through PayPal or Stripe, secure processing systems.

International Shipping

International shipping is possible however there will be custom shipping prices that will need to be discussed directly with Prudence via email at prudencecoburn@gmail.com. Shipping times may also vary.

If you would like to get a rough idea of the cost to post to your area, you can use the Australia post Postage Calculator  (for small artworks) or the Pack N Send Quote Calculator (for large artworks). Please note these are estimates and may not always be accurate.

Extra costs are outside of our control due to possible handling fees, border or duty fees that may be charged by other countries. Prudence is not responsible for paying these fees so please check with your individual agency to find out about extra costs.

Damages/loss

I include ‘Extra cover’, with Australia post for every order above the value of $100. This means that if any damage is caused to your parcel in transit you are eligible for compensation of the value of the parcel. This has to be done through Australia Post, however I recommend getting in contact with me first to see if the damage can be repaired.
